Senior Class 2012 Activities

April 26	Senior Celebration @ 8:00am in New Gym-Reception to follow in Old Gym. Seniors can leave campus after the reception.
April 27	Senior Breakfast and Riverboat Ride on the Southern Belle. Students meet at the Southern Belle and board at 8:00 am. They will return at 10:30. Students do not have to return to school.
April 28	Prom-7:30-11:00 @ Soddy Daisy High
May 2	Graduation Fee deadline, See below for explanation of fee.***
May 3	Last day for seniors if exempt-Clean out lockers, all holds must be cleared, Clock countdown in commons at 2:00.
May 4	Senior Exam Day-see exemption policy below.
May 11	Graduation Practice @ UTC McKenzie Arena-1:00am. Caps and Gowns are picked up after practice. Graduation practice is required!!
May 12	Graduation!! 4:30pm @ UTC McKenzie Arena.  Seniors be there at 4:00pm

***$35.00 Graduation Fee is due to your 1^st block teacher or Mrs. Branum,  bookkeeper.  This pays for your diploma, diploma case, Senior Celebration  and reception, Senior Breakfast and Boat Ride, Graduation Programs, Renting McKenzie Arena and the flowers and decorations for the stage at Graduation.  All indebtedness must be paid before “walking the stage”.

Senior Exam Exemption Policy:

All students will take exams except for seniors who have, in each class, a minimum average of 76, good behavior, and no more than two (2) absences for the second semester in each class. Second semester seniors who are exempt will have their grades established using 50% third quarter and 50% fourth quarter averages.

All School Fees must be paid and all Holds cleared by May 3, 2012.
