Raider practice will begin this summer for sophomore, juniors, and seniors. The first practice will be August 1st at 15:00. BRING WATER
The Raider team is broken into three teams of ten: Male Team 1, Female Team 2, and Co-ed Team 3. We specialize in field training exercises, including rope climbing, obstacle courses, and fast paced workouts. Our purpose is to keep ourselves in great physical condition while improving our weaknesses as a team. Throughout the various weekend competitions, we grow together and strive to be a unified team.

Qualifications for Raider Team:
1) 2.0 GPA.
2) Males: 270 on PT Test; Females: 240 on PT Test.
3) Attend all practices unless excused.
